1. This promotion is open to UK & Republic of Ireland bona fide catering establishments and their employees aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter.
2. To enter, visit the link sent to you via email from unilever@dnews.ufs.com and fill the form to sign up to be a part of the pick a prize giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enable a giveaway.
3. The opening date for entries is 9:00 BST on 28/05/24 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 11/06/24.
4. The giveaway is limited to one entry per email address. No entrant may enter more than once or win more than one prize. The link to the form, in the email will only be accessible by the recipient of the email and cannot be forwarded on to another email address to enter.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

9. Prize Voucher specifics:

12. All 10 prizes are allocated a unique prize number using a random number generator. The prizes are then randomly allocated to entering email addresses, based on the order that participants enter the giveaway. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Each winner will be notified by email from unilever@dnews.ufs.com by 14/06/24, in accordance with Clause 2, whether they have won one of the prizes in Clause 8. The winners must claim their prize by clicking the link in the email and filling out the form to confirm their delivery address. If the prize is unclaimed after 23:59 BST on 21/06/2024 it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. The prize will be delivered to the address they filled in the form in accordance with Clause 13. The prize will be sent by 23:59 BST on 24/06/24
14. If by 23:59 BST on 21/06/2024 , there are any leftover prizes, unsuccessful entrants will then be entered into a secondary prize draw and remaining prizes will be allocated at random using a random number generator. Each secondary prize draw winner will be notified if they have won one of the prizes in Clause 8 by 23:59 BST on 24/06/2024. The winner must accept the prize in accordance with Clause 13 prize will be delivered to the address they filled in the form in accordance with Clause 13.
